Caramelized Banana Walnut Peanut Butter

  • 1 1/2 cups shelled walnuts
  • 1 cup banana chip
  • 3/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 Tbsp. turbinado sugar
  • 3/4 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Toast walnuts for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Combine 1 cup walnuts and all banana chips and peanuts in a food process. Process until smooth.
  4. Add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Process until well incorporated.
  5. Add remaining walnuts. Pulse until chopped and evenly distributed.IMG_3394 (1024x683)
